I was born and raised in Barrie, Ontario and took an interest in photography from a young age. I was obsessed with cameras and capturing family trips and birthdays. It felt like magic. My friends and I would shoot little skits in the early days of YouTube and I became obsessed with the ability to create something out of virtually nothing. I've built upon that foundational skill-set to deliver striking, compelling photography and short form content for brands and business alike.
My longtime affinity with photography aligns with my lifelong passion for music. Concerts naturally became one of my favorite subjects to shoot, dating all the way back to ten year old me sneaking a disposable film camera in to a Green Day concert. I think my ears are still ringing from that show by the way.
I studied and worked in FM radio for over six years, specializing in promotions, event coordination, digital marketing and occasional swing announcing. Capturing events sparked my passion for community engagement and finding unique ways to tell a story.
I represented several radio brands and collaborated closely with countless brand partners over the years. I also have experience with voice over recording, live event production and podcast engineering.
When I'm not behind a camera or computer, I'm probably behind a drum kit for The Hydrotonics. We're an instrumental surf-rock band based in Guelph, Ontario.
We formed in early 2024 and released our debut EP "Octoloco" that fall. Check it out wherever you stream your music and follow us if you'd like to catch a show somewhere in southern Ontario. We're also available for private events; no pool party is complete without a live surf band!
